  • Sales Order to Invoice (SalesHero Mobile)

    Android Version 1) To begin, please log in to the SalesHero app on your device. 2) Go to “Sales Order” menu. 3) Select sales order that are going to be imported. 4) Click on “Duplicate Document”. 5) Click on “Duplicate to IV”. 6) Once success, there will be notify popup of successful. 7) Go to the side menu, click on “Invoice” module. 8) It will appear yellow icon beside invoice number (shown as draft invoice), click on the invoice and click on “View Invoice”. 9) Click on arrow icon, then click “Send”. 10) Once success, it will show brown icon that shown as success sent invoice. IOS Version 1) To begin, please log in to the SalesHero app on your device. 2) Click on “Sales Order” module 3) The screen will be as this. 4) Slide left to popup more action. Click “More”. 5) Click on “Duplicate Document”. 6) Input quantity package, press back 7) Click on “Invoice”, then “Draft”. 8) The screen will be as this. 9) Click “More”. 10) Click “Send” the draft. 11) Once the invoice are successful, system will notify with this notification.     Android Version 1) Go to side menu bar, click on “Update and Sync” menu. 2) Click on “SYNC DATA NOW” 3) Click “ALL” 4) Once update, apps will notify “ All data are updated” and its ready to used. IOS Version Remove Item Image 1) Login to sales hero. 2) Go to setting -> Wallpaper -> Remove Item Images -> Click ok Re-Download Item Image 1) Login to sales hero. Click on the download button, at the top right corner. 2) It will prompt a message "Download Image", then click download. 3) Once it complete, it will show the notification. Thank you !

  • How to Set Price Rule (SalesHero Backend)

    1) Key in your email address and password to log in SalesHero Backend. 2) Click on Submit button to login. 3) Go to company list. 4) Choose specific company from the list. 5) Go to “Price Rule Setting”. 6) Choose on to turn on the price rule. If you click ON button, there will show 3 types, which is last purchase, price tag and reference price. 7) The number listing will indicate the priority. In SalesHero, it prioritizes display the price tag setting first, followed by the last purchase and finally the reference price. Example: The sequence will be in first in “Last Purchase”, Second sequence will be “Price Tag”, Third sequence will be “Ref Price”. 8) For price tag setting, click to turn ON or off at any time. This feature represents special price for specific customer. 9) As the “Price Rule Edit Price Once” setting are recommended to be ON. This may have allowed you to remain edited price after change quantity. 10) After done all the setting, click update button to save the setting. 11) The top right corner will notify you whether the update of the settings was successful.   • How to setting Advance Territory Management

    Note: This settings enable specific salesman to view customer or customer under specific agent. 1. Login SalesHero backend> Click on 'Salesman List' Option 2. Select a Specific salesman from the list. 3. Scroll down to find the customer list settings. Select ‘ADVANCE TERRITORY’ Option. 4. Once select ‘ADVANCE TERRITORY’, The ‘ATM auto assign’ Option will appear. 5. ATM auto assign On: If you want to assign the salesman can view all customer under specific salesman. (Step 6 to step 8) Off: If you want to assign the salesman can view specific customer. (Jump to step 9) 6. Once the ATM auto assign is turn on, Click on the (+) sign beside additional setting to show out all agent list. 7. You have the option to associate the salesman to view specific sales agent customer in customer list in App. 8. Once done ‘ADVANCE TERRITORY’ setting, Scroll down to the button and click ‘update’ button to update salesman setting. 9. If ATM auto assign is turn Off, You need to click on 'Customer' from the side bar menu and select 'Advance Territory Management' to manually assign specific customer to the salesman. 10. On the Advance Territory Management page, You can grant permissions by select specific companies and agent and then click on 'Load' 11. You can tick the customers which want the salesman can view. 12. Once the customer has been assigned, Can click on the ‘save’ button on the button right of the page to update the customer list setting. (Once the ATM auto assign is turn On, The save button will not shown in the page. ) 13. Once done successfully save 'Advance Territory Management’ page, A message will prompt on the top right of the page. 14. Kindly inform salesman to Sync App once the specific customer has been assigned, The assigned customer show appear in the salesman customer list.
