The MSME Digital Grant MADANI (Geran Digital PMKS MADANI) is a government initiative to help Malaysian micro, small, and medium businesses adopt digital solutions. Each eligible business can claim up to RM5,000 for software, systems, or services that improve productivity.
* The MSME Digital Grants are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
MSMEs/Cooperatives must be at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
The business should be operating for at least six months.
Must have an annual turnover of an average of at least RM50,000.
Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)/Local Authorities (PBT) or Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM).
MSMEs/cooperatives are only eligible if they have not received a Digitalisation Matching Grant before, except for e-invoicing applications.
Copy of identity card (IC) or passport of director(s)/partner(s)/proprietor(s), whichever is applicable.
Business registration documents/SSM business profile/SKM registration docs.
Invoice/quotation issued by Digitalisation Partners.
Latest audited accounts, management accounts, or latest two-month bank statements.
Prepare the required documents and pay RM200 + 50% system deposit to us.
⭐ Note: The RM200 payment is non-refundable, regardless of application outcome.
We will submit your information to Funding Societies for review.
If the application is approved, Funding Societies will send you a payment link to pay the remaining 50%.
⭐ Transfers must be made from the specified account:
Payment must be made within 14 days, otherwise the application will be considered withdrawn.
⭐ To reapply, you must repeat the steps above.
Once we successfully receive the full grant from Funding Societies, the 50% upfront payment will be refunded to you.
⭐ The entire process may take up to 2–3 months.

No. MSMEs or cooperatives that have previously received a Digitalization Matching Grant are not eligible for the MSME Digital Grant MADANI.
Eligible businesses can receive up to 50% of the invoiced amount or a maximum of RM5,000, whichever is lower, to support digitalization efforts.
You must pay the remaining balance (after the grant deduction) within 14 days via Funding Societies’ payment link.
The application process typically takes up to 3 working days. You will be notified of the outcome via email after review.
To submit your application, prepare the following:

✅Business registration license or SSM business profile
✅Latest audited or management accounts, or bank statements (past 2 months)
You will be informed via email. Then, you must make the remaining payment within 14 days using the payment link provided.
Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a secure payment link. All payments must be made via this link only.
Your grant approval will be automatically cancelled. You will need to reapply if you still wish to proceed.
All updates and the final status of your application will be sent to your registered email.
