SalesHero offers a platform for wholesalers and sales representatives to manage orders efficiently. The services will be provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Obligations

- You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and subscription.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

- Payment can be made via credit card/debit card.

- We strongly encourage you to renew before the subscription due to avoid system service interruption

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the package at any time, with or without notice. SalesHero reserved the rights to amend or modify pricing plan at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

SalesHero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the total subscription fee paid in the last three months.

7. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your SalesHero package subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer support. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

2. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your access to the SalesHero platform and services will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the month unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, our support team is unable to resolve the problem within 21 days.

- If we fail to deliver the services as described in the package.

2. Refund Process

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
